Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Fees:

• More than 30 days prior to departure: 25% of the tour cost
• 15-30 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour cost
• Less than 15 days prior to departure: 100% of the tour cost

Cancellation Procedure:

• To cancel your booking, please notify us in writing (email or letter) stating your booking reference number and reason for cancellation.
• Cancellations will only be accepted from the person who made the original booking.
• We will acknowledge your cancellation and provide a cancellation reference number.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of cancellation.
• Refunds will be made in the same currency as the original payment.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Exceptions:

• Certain tours and packages may have stricter cancellation policies, which will be advised at the time of booking.
• In the event of a natural disaster, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances, Frenzy Holidays reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour, and the cancellation policy may be amended accordingly.

Travel Insurance:

• We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected medical or travel-related expenses, including trip cancellations or interruptions.
