Welcome to Frenzy Holidays! We are delighted to offer you memorable travel experiences across various destinations. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free journey, we request all our customers to carefully read and understand our Terms & Conditions before booking any trip. These terms govern the rights and obligations of both the traveler and Frenzy Holidays. By booking a trip with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking and Payment
- A booking is considered confirmed once the client has paid the required deposit or full payment.
- The client must pay the balance of the tour cost at least 30 days prior to departure.
- Frenzy Holidays reserves the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received on time.’
2. Cancellation Policy
- If the client cancels the booking more than 30 days prior to departure, a cancellation fee of 25% of the tour cost will be charged.
- If the client cancels the booking between 15-30 days prior to departure, a cancellation fee of 50% of the tour cost will be charged.
- If the client cancels the booking less than 15 days prior to departure, a cancellation fee of 100% of the tour cost will be charged.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of cancellation.
- Refunds will be made in the same currency as the original payment.
4. Travel Documents
- The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and travel insurance.
- Frenzy Holidays will not be liable for any delays or cancellations due to incomplete or inaccurate travel documents.
5. Liability and Insurance
- Frenzy Holidays will not be liable for any damages or losses caused by factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, or mechanical failures.
- The client is strongly advised to purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected medical or travel-related expenses.
6. Changes to the Itinerary
- Frenzy Holidays reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances.
- The client will be notified of any changes and alternatives will be offered.
7. Complaints and Disputes
- Any complaints or disputes must be notified to Frenzy Holidays in writing within 14 days of the tour completion.
- Frenzy Holidays will investigate and respond to all complaints and disputes in a fair and timely manner.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes arising out of these Terms & Conditions will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of India.
By booking with Frenzy Holidays, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
